Mission:
To unite organizations working in food allergy and anaphylaxis in order to exchange information, form partnerships, and advance key issues of importance to those with food allergy and anaphylaxis.

The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (USA) established the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Alliance (the Alliance) in 1999 to facilitate information sharing among nonprofit organizations working in the field of food allergy around the world.

Participating organizations in the Alliance must:

  • be a nonprofit/not-for-profit or the equivalent;
  • have a board of medical advisors who review their literature;
  • represent patients with food allergy; and
  • operate in an environment that seeks to build consensus and cooperative efforts between various constituencies.

The Alliance meets every year, typically in the summer or fall.
